Sharon Singh
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist AMFT #148222


Bio:

Sharon Singh is a Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor at Elevate Counseling Center. As a Clinical Associate Therapist, her goal is to create supportive therapy spaces for individuals, families, couples, and youth from historically marginalized communities to explore their mental health through a cultural, compassionate, and holistic lens. Sharon has 10 years of experience working with young adults and nontraditional age college students in nontherapy university settings. With a foundation in humanistic, narrative, cognitive behavioral, and dialectical behavioral approaches, she aims to assist those struggling with stress, anxiety, personal growth, relationship issues, grief and loss.

Tracy Ng
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist AMFT #148225

Bio: 
Tracy Ng (she/they) is a Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist at Elevate Counseling Center. As a Clinical Associate Therapist, she takes a person-centered approach focusing on the mind, body, and spirit of individual adults and youth, families, and couples. Navigating life can often feel overwhelming and frustrating, with each journey being unique. I focus on creating a nurturing space to see clients as they are, fostering an open dialogue to explore what’s creating distress, identify strengths, and discuss the next steps to reach identified goals. With an integrated, trauma-informed lens, she draws from cognitive behavioral (CBT), dialectical behavior (DBT), existential, expressive arts, psychodynamic, Gestalt, and family systems. Experienced with adolescents and dual-diagnosis adults facing substance abuse, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and grief and loss. She received a Bachelor of Arts in English from San Diego State University and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in LGBTQIA+ Counseling from Santa Clara University.
 

Matt Friedberg,

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, #AMFT 454612

Matt Friedberg is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who graduated from the Counseling Psychology program at Pepperdine University in September, 2024 and received his AMFT in December the same year. He received his B.A. in Psychology from Clark University in Worcester, MA and for ten years has worked with kids and teens as a camp counselor, Registered Behavioral Technician, and then as a teacher-turned-administrator at a private school in Palo Alto. He then spent a year as a trainee at Peace-It-Together, the associated nonprofit to Elevate, working with teens and adults of all ages. With an inherent drive to help others, Matt ensures to provide a service to individuals, couples, and families that will help them reach their goals through client-centered care. He enjoys collaborating with others and is dedicated in creating a conducive atmosphere for all to feel unabashed in how they identify, process, and overcome areas of struggle.

Annie Nielson
Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist, AMFT #155470

Annie Nielson is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who believes every person’s story is unique and deserving of deep respect and understanding. She approaches therapy through a holistic lens, recognizing the powerful connection between the mind, body, and relationships in the healing process. Her work is grounded in the belief that growth happens when individuals feel safe, connected, and empowered to reclaim their voice and values.


Annie supports individuals, couples, and families navigating a wide range of concerns including stress, anxiety, communication struggles, parenting challenges, relationship issues, and life transitions. Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in client-centered care. She integrates evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and narrative therapy—always tailored to the individual or family’s needs.


With a background in community-based mental health, Annie has supported children, teens, and parents in various settings, including La Selva Community Clinic and Star Vista. She has a strong appreciation for the importance of early relationships and the impact of intergenerational patterns on family dynamics. She values working alongside clients to deepen insight, strengthen relationships, and develop practical skills for daily life.


Annie holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide and a Bachelor of Science in Family Studies from Brigham Young University.
